Acknowledging First Peoples and Traditional Territories

We would like to begin by acknowledging that the land on which we gather is the traditional and unceded territory of Coast Salish Peoples, specifically the Kwantlen, Katzie, Semiahmoo, and Tsawwassen First Nations.

About Us

About Us, is the love Nancy Prokosh has for tea. It has been over two decades since the founder, and owner Nancy Prokosh discovered her niche. She had multiple dreams of Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party where she saw tea cups and saucers spinning and spinning. After a week of this, she thought there was a path that she ought to follow, so she did.

Today, as a Tea Master with a thriving retail shop and successful international e-commerce business, it is not just a business, tea is her passion.

Nancy has written articles for Harvard University, attended World Tea Expo in Boston, and has appeared at many events on various tea-related subjects. Her relationship with international tea growers has expanded and relies on their updated information about the tea industry.

Nancy has an artful eye for designing signature teas, mainly for spas and wellness centers, and is recognized as one of the top tea experts in Canada.

As a Tea Master herself, Nancy buys from knowledgeable growers whom she trusts. She has a deep connection with tea owner-growers who build their tea estates growing organic tea and selling ethically fair trade teas. She believes that sourcing ethically grown tea is the best solution to sustaining Mother Earth, supporting tea growers, tea workers, and aiding in a viable economy.

She does not look at people who purchase her tea as customers. Nancy sees them as family.

If you are not already part of the Tealicious family, Nancy welcomes you to join, over a cup of tea of course.
