Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong

The Iron Goddess of Mercy oolong tea has a very long history. Grown in the Fujian Province, in a small family garden in Taiwan. Decades ago, Wei, swept and cleaned a local temple.  One evening he saw the goddess  Guanyin, she told him she was pleased with his work and dedication.  She told Wei there was a treasure behind the cave.  When he awoke, he rushed to the cave and found a tea bush.  He planted the tea bush in his field.  To this day, some of the finest tea comes from his field. This delightful tea is considered to be the best in Taiwan, and its toasty flavor is fantastic. Most oolongs can be steeped several times.

Ingredients: Organic Oolong.

Brewing Method: Boil 8 oz of water, cool for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of oolong, and steep for 1 – 2 minutes, remove leaves, drink, and enjoy!
