This tea is also known as Bai Hou Yin Zen as it is grown in the Fujian Province.  White Monkey Tea is made of hand-crafted, thick, long leaves mixed with lots of white buds.  Its golden cup color and sweet-nutty flavor will satisfy your palate.

Ingredients: Organic White Monkey

Brewing method: Add 1 teaspoon to 8 ounces of 80 C boiled water and steep for a maximum of 2 minutes.
