Irish Organic Morning Breakfast Tea
This is the best for a morning brew. With an annual per-capita consumption of more than 3 kg per person, the Irish are still the world champions when it comes to drinking tea. They love very strong blends, which sometimes often contain a good portion of domestic whiskey. It has a deep dark infusion and a spicy malty character. A definite must for tea lovers, and of course for all the wee friends of the Green Isl.
Ingredients: Organic Ceylon, and Assam full tea leaves.
Brewing: Boil 8 ounces of water to 100C, add tea leaves, and steep for 4 minutes. Remove leaves and drink.
