This tea is one of the prettiest treasures from the world of tea. It grows high in the mountains in southeast China. The handpicked leaves are mixed up to six times with fresh, delicately smelling jasmine and then rolled by hand to small, dainty pearls. The cup produces an elegant aroma and champagne colour.
Ingredients: Organic Jasmine Dragon Pearls
Boil 8 ounces of water, once boiled let cool to 95 C, add 1 teaspoon of tea and steep for 3 minutes.
