White Tea
Have you heard of White Tea, but have no idea what it is? White tea is known commonly as Pai Mu Tan and is the most popular variety of this type. It is grown in China, specifically in the Fujian Province due to the climate conditions. It has very large leaves with downy hairs on the tips and is silvery-white in colour. This delicate tea is plucked by hand and only unopened buds are harvested. It produces a very light infusion with a pleasant aroma.
